Therese was delighted to captain the winning team of female MPs, as they overcame the collective might of female peers to secure victory for the House of Commons in the Macmillan Cancer Support Tug of War last week.
The annual event, this year compered by BBC Deputy Political Editor, John Pienaar, has raised over £3 million for Macmillan since its conception in 1987.
Therese said: "My thanks to everyone who took part, right across the political spectrum, as we raised money for such a worthy cause. Macmillan is the UK's leading cancer support charity providing medical, emotional, financial and practical help for cancer patients."
