Last week, Therese visited the Unruly Pig, which has been named the Number #1 Gastropub in the UK according to Estrella Damm.

Therese said: "It was great to see my friend and the pubs owner, Brendan Padfield. We discussed the challenges facing the industry and the support that we need to give our local businesses, but also how his establishment is continuing to flourish.
