The Chancellor has set out the detail of the grants which will be made available to businesses as a result of the latest lockdown. Retail, hospitality and leisure business premises forced to close can claim a one-off payment of up to £9,000 based on their rateable value according to the below thresholds:
£9️k for those with a rateable value of over £51,000.
£6️k for those with a rateable value of between £15,001 and £51,000.
£4️k for those with a rateable value of £15,000 or below.

These grants are in addition to the existing monthly closed grants of up to £3,000 per month that businesses continue to be eligible for.
