The Prime Minister this morning set out our ‘New Deal’, an ambitious economic strategy to rebuild Britain, putting jobs, skills and infrastructure investment at the heart of the economic recovery post-coronavirus. Our focus will be on mending the gap in opportunity, productivity and connectivity between the regions in the UK – levelling up on infrastructure.
