East Suffolk Council have removed the huge transport hub proposed at Innocence Farm from the Local Plan as part of the main modifications consultation.
Therese said: "This is great news. Alongside the Kirton and Trimley Community Action Group, I voiced my opposition to this site some years ago as we need to keep a strategic barrier between Ipswich and Felixstowe."
"I’m conscious that our port needs logistics hubs but as the Planning Inspector recently pointed out there is other land to suit their needs."
