Therese joined other Suffolk MPs Dr Dan Poulter and Tom Hunt in a meeting with Ipswich Hospital CEO Nick Hulme regarding the recent CQC inspection, following a meeting with the inspector to discuss their report.
Therese said: "It was disappointing for the ratings to fall, but I did feel assured that where they had slipped up, effective action is being taken.
"While there, we visited the isolation pods for people presenting themselves with possible Coronavirus symptoms. They are now ready for use in every general hospital in the country and the clinical professionals are well prepared."
