Therese's statement on Sizewell C:
"It’s unclear where today’s press story suggesting that the government is reviewing Sizewell C has come from. I know how important this matter is to constituents though, so, I have written to both the Chancellor and the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy to get urgent clarity on the matter.
Whilst Sizewell C already has planning consent, I continue to express my concern to Ministers about the cumulative impact energy infrastructure will have on our coast if every proposed project is granted permission."
