On the day His Majesty King Charles was proclaimed, I was pleased to re-swear the oath of allegiance in Parliament. As well as attending the Accession Council and the principal proclamation at St James’s Palace, I was also pleased to attend the local proclamations in both Ipswich and Felixstowe. May I wish our new King a long and happy reign. God Save The King.
