Good news. The road has now been resurfaced by Melton Station.
Therese said: "Cllrs Nicholl, Reed and I have been chasing on this. Work was supposed to start in March including partial road closures but County officers forgot to do the notifications needed to efficiently close the road. I'm glad it is now done though. I've also been chasing officers on the A12/Yoxford Road junction. I expect this to be done very soon.
Therese added: "The Government has given the County Council an extra nearly £5million to help with the potholes so please do keep reporting them online and I'll keep chasing the council to keep on top of their contractors who are supposed to be doing repairs."
