The government has announced £25 million to invest in natural flood management projects. The new funding is available to environmental groups, businesses, farmers, catchment partnerships, flood risk management authorities and community groups.
Therese said: "The Natural Flood Management Programme is the perfect way to achieve greater flood resilience but also create habitats for wildlife and I encourage organisations - including those based here in Suffolk Coastal - to apply"
