More school places for children with special educational needs will be created as a result of today's announcement to further resource the government's Special Educational Needs Improvement Plan.
Therese said: "Earlier this year it was confirmed a new special school will be built in the Suffolk County Council area – boosting places for 4- to 16-year-olds with severe learning difficulties."
"Alongside the new school places, the plan also commits to training thousands of special educational needs workers so children can get the help they need earlier as well as testing and fining the SEND reforms, so they are informed by the experiences of real families."
