Government to Ban Machetes and Zombie Knives

Since 2019, the police have removed 100,000 knives from the streets. The government is now going one step further, banning machetes & zombie-style knives that have no practical use but are used in devastating street violence.

The new measures will give the police further powers to seize them, whilst increasing penalties to those who supply them. More information here.
