Following the public meeting Therese hosted in June with the Clinical Commissioning Group’s Chief Officer, Ed Garratt, he has provided an update that the booking issues affecting Felixstowe Minor Injuries Unit seem to have been ironed out.
This has been borne out by the fact there have been no complaints about booking issues over the summer. That said, if people are still experiencing issues, please do make a formal complaint via the Suffolk GP Federation at - https://suffolkfed.org.uk/contact-us/
