Thanks to regulations the government changed when Therese was Environment Secretary, from the beginning of this year households no longer need to pay to get rid of small-scale DIY waste at local recycling centres. This will help:
Boost recycling rates.
Tackle fly-tipping and waste crime.
Keep the cost of living down.
