Changes are being made to the way some channels are broadcast on Freeview which may require you to retune your TV.
Following a decision by Ofcom, some airwaves used by Freeview are being reallocated to allow for the future development of new mobile broadband services. Transmitters across the UK are being updated as part of a major engineering programme – with clearance activity due to get underway in East Anglia in February 2018.
On-screen messages will let you know when changes to Freeview signals are taking place in your area and a support scheme is available for viewers, with the possibility of an aerial installer visit.
